Todd Cedarholm began On Sight Land Surveyors, Inc. in 1999 in response to the growing volume of land transactions and construction activity in Teton County, Wyoming, and the relatively small number of local surveyors and survey firms providing services to land owners, architects/designers, construction contractors, and realtors.

Our mission is provide high-quality surveying services to our clients, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment in as cost-efficient and time-efficient manner as possible. We value a well-trained and capable staff, and strive to provide them with the tools and technology needed to do their work most efficiently. We strive to maintain positive relationships with our clients that are founded on reasonable estimates of project cost, effective project management, and good communication.

On Sight Land Surveyors, Inc. employed 2-4 persons during 1999-2002, peaking in 2008 with 8 staff members. We are currently a full-time staff of five persons, engaging in a wide array of jobs totalling as many as 250 in a year. We are happy being the size that we are now, and are proud of the amount and quality of work we are able to produce as a team.
