Property Flagging
We can recover and mark with lath/flagging the locations of survey monuments that define property corners, place lath/flagging along property lines, building envelopes, or setback lines. This service is most commonly provided to real estate agents, property owners prior to the start of construction projects, or for retail. back to top

Construction Staking
We can provide construction staking services to land owners and contractors. For larger homes/buildings, we offer a package that includes staking for excavation, staking for footer placement, and staking of wall corners on top of footers. To begin such work, we require an approved site plan and foundation plan, and some lead time to prepare staking data. back to top

Certificate of Building Placement, Teton County, Wyoming
The Teton County Building Department requires that the placement of all new foundations be certified by a licensed Wyoming land surveyor. We can complete this certificate and deliver it to the Building Department following the staking and/or survey of constructed footers. We will need an approved site plan and foundation plan, and some lead time to prepare and/or process data. back to top

Topographic Maps and Site Plans
We can produce topographic maps or site plans for both small and large properties. We will recover property corners and depict record boundaries and easements on the map, as well as existing improvements including buildings, decks, driveway, fence lines, utilities, and existing vegetation. We can add horizontal and vertical view angles to specific peaks or other geographic features. Maps can be provided to the client in both hard-copy and digital format. back to top

ALTA/ASCM Surveys and Improvement Location Surveys
We can produce maps that meet ALTA/ASCM requirements or certify to the location of improvements on a property. We will need a current title report; and, for an ALTA/ASCM survey, we will need a completed checklist from Table A of the ALTA/ASCM requirements. back to top

Subdivisions
We can work as the agent for a client who wishes to subdivide lands in Teton County, Wyoming or Idaho. We do not offer engineering/design services, but can produce other maps, plats, and text required for a Sketch Plan, Final Development Plan, or Final Plat submittal. back to top
